Living normal life may not get to experience this kind of adrenaline rush in their normal professional and personal life. Adventurous activities like riding bike speedily (but of course with great control over the mean machine), going for rock climbing, wind surfing, skiing can add much needed spice and thrill into dull and monotonous life. People look forward to going on vacation for experiencing something new in life. Exploring new avenues can always be challenging yet very much exciting. The sense of accomplishment and achievement they produce after successfully completing them is immensely great and is just un parallel.


Another such thrilling activity people carry out is the free- driving. It is similar to free- fall, but into water. Beaches are home of host activities on land as well as aquatic. One of the most exciting yet skillful activity is free- driving. This is not just an activity in itself but it is a baseline activity to other host of activities like mermaid show, competitive free- driving, spear fishing etc. it is very much important to master the skill of this basic activity for conducting another underwater activities. This was noticeably practiced in Haenyeo in Korea and was mainly carried out by the people who would collect shells and pearl underwater. Later documented use of this technique was found in Japan for pearl collection. The origin of this activity is found somewhere in 5th century BCE. It is the closest way to experience life underwater. Beauty of life underwater can be experienced with naked eyes. Thus it is very recreational and exciting form of relaxation, which offers not only excitement but also helps in mastering breath control that can be useful in many ways.

People have been flooded with the love and the craze for water sports like anything. Soccer, cricket, rugby, snooker, golf, tennis are very much there and is well-played and well-appreciated. But when anyone mentions about water sports a current of excitement, thrill, adventure and kick sets in. The reason I didn't mention that blatantly because I am yet to gain rock solid confidence in my preliminary skill of floating well and diving in correct nature.

Freediving - It is important to take free diving classes

If underwater sporting activities seem interesting to you then you can opt for freediving which tests your abilities to the limit. For this sport you need to practice to hold your breath.
